We are able to motivate the population to cope with demographic change. Policy for families, care facilities for all age gropus, institutionalising the management of vacant housing, more town for fewer people – that are important ideas to cope with demographic change. It is important for a town to be able to make its inhabitants enthusiastic about such projects.
